Abstract

The background of this research stems from the researcher's curiosity towards Muhammadiyah schools, which number in the hundreds or even thousands that were established because of the ideas of KH. Ahmad Dahlan. More precisely not the school, but the extraordinary thinking about Islamic Religious Education. Islamic education has a big role in determining the fate of the nation. The distribution of education is considered uneven, especially in remote areas. For this reason, KH. Ahmad Dahlan (Founder of Muhammadiyah) contributed to the results of the embodiment of his thoughts in seeing the problems that arise in indigenous territories. The purpose of this research is to find out what is the background of KH. Ahmad Dahlan and his thoughts on Islamic Education and their implications for contemporary Islamic education. From the research that has been done, the researchers obtained the results of KH. Ahmad Dahlan's background is: concern for indigenous Muslims, educational gaps, resistance to Christianity. While the thoughts of KH. Ahmad Dahlan in the world of Islamic Education is: 1) Establishing schools, 2) Born Ulama' reasons, 3) Collaborating with the Dutch government, 4) Adopting the education system, 5) Da'wah. Then for the implications in KH's thinking. Ahmad Dahlan's contemporary Islamic education includes 3 aspects, namely: learning materials, learning methods and educational goals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Teacher Performance on Academic Achievement of Elementary School Students. This research is a mix methode research. The population in this study were 66 teachers and 189 students. Collecting data using a questionnaire, then analyzed using simple regression techniques and multiple regression. The results of this study that is Teacher performance has a positive influence on the Academic Achievement of Class Students, as evidenced by the value of Sig = 0.005 < = 0.050, while the value of the correlation coefficient (r2) = 0.116 or only contributes 11.6%. Teacher performance plays a role in improving student academic achievement.

Abstract

Implementation of Smart Tree Media in Improving Numbering Ability. The background is the low ability to count students in RA. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in numeracy skills after using smart tree media for students of group B RA Al Fatah 2 Danakerta, Punggelan District, Banjarnegara Regency. The design used is a classroom action research design through two cycle stages, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The data used in this study are 1) individual tasks, to determine students' absorption of learning materials; 2) observation, to observe the activities of students and teachers during learning. The results showed that the smart tree media can improve the ability to count. Cycle I can increase the ability to count in the high category to 5 children or 31.25% from the original only 2 children or 12.5% ​​in the initial study. This shows an increase of 18.75 %. And in the second cycle, the children who succeeded in increasing the ability to count in the high category were 13 children or 81.25% or an increase of 50% compared to the first cycle, so it can be concluded that the smart tree media can improve students' learning outcomes in counting, learning becomes more interesting. , fun and encourage children to be more actively involved.

Abstract

Strategic Management in improving the quality of service at the Office of Religious Affairs in Ambal District, Kebumen Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out the strategic management carried out by the Office of Religious Affairs in Ambal District, Kebumen Regency, especially marriage services and the quality of premarital guidance services from the implementation of this management strategy in the Office of Religious Affairs in Ambal District, Kebumen Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study research type. The data analysis used is the Miles and Huberman Interactive analysis model. The results showed that strategic management carried out by the Office of Religious Affairs in Ambal District, Kebumen Regency was also applied to personnel services based on the Provincial RPJP and RPJMD of the Ministry of Religion, Kebumen Regency, through the process of strategic planning stages, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation. And the service quality of the Office of Religious Affairs in Ambal District, Kebumen Regency, after strategic management has been carried out, is quite good, which is proven by referring to the fulfillment of the five main dimensions of service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of free poetry writing through the application of a Creative Productive Learning Model and assist teachers in evaluating various student and teacher weaknesses in the learning outcomes achieved as a result of the previous teaching and learning process. This research contains efforts to overcome students' problems in learning Indonesian in writing free poetry in class VII-H of MTs Negeri 3 Kebumen in the 2022/2023 academic year. The problem that occurred in this class was that the learning outcomes of free poetry writing were still low. There are 34 students in class VIII-H, consisting of 22 male students and 12 female students. The average score is still 74.91 with a classical completeness of 58.82%. Students still have difficulties in writing free poetry, especially those related to the suitability of content with themes, rhymes, diction, and the use of figure of speech. After the application of the Creative Productive Learning Model there has been an increase in learning outcomes or at the second meeting which can be observed based on predetermined indicators. Evidence of increased learning outcomes in writing free poetry in class VIII-H students of MTs Negeri 3 Kebumen through the Creative Productive Learning Model is shown by the percentage of student learning outcomes that has increased, from before the application of the Creative Productive Learning Model 58.82%, to 94.12% after application of Productive Creative Learning Model. While the average value of learning outcomes also increased from before the implementation of the Productive Creative Learning Model 74.91, to 84.36.

Abstract

The success of a madrasa in providing quality education, as well as in elevating its profile to a higher level, cannot be separated from the leadership factor of its head. The results of Peters & Austin's research confirms that the factor that determines quality in an institution is leadership. On that basis, this research was conducted to describe the leadership of the madrasa principal which is suspected to be an important part of the process of change that occurs in these Islamic educational institutions. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a focus on change leadership, with the subject being the Head of MIN Tempel Sleman, D.I. Yogyakarta, Period 2003–2010. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the changes that occurred at MIN Tempel Sleman were sourced from the leadership's vision and the idea of changing the head of the madrasa. In the process, change is carried out through six strategic steps, namely developing a vision, developing strategic plans and work programs, influencing mindsets and culture, creating agents of change, overseeing the change process, and encouraging innovation and learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze of management in an effort to form students' self-reliant attitudes. The research location is at the Pesantren El Futhah Patimuan Cilacap. Research is qualitative. The results of the study are that (a)there are management arrangements in an effort to form the self-reliant attitude of the students, (b) the implementation is in the program of Pembentukan Sikap kemandirian Santri (PSKS), (c)the PSKS program includes the study of religious, foreign languages, skills and production, and programs social, (d)the orientation of the program is religious self-reliant attitudes, social, business, and communal self-reliant attitudes.

Abstract

Teachers are professional educators. To carry out their duties in educating students, teachers must have sufficient competence. This study aims to improve the teaching and learning process carried out by teachers through a series of systematic improvements to improve professional competence. This study examines the characteristics of clinical supervision, procedures in carrying out clinical supervision and the strengths and weaknesses of clinical supervision. This research is library research by collecting data by analyzing books related to the research topic. The results of the study show the formation of professionalism from teachers who intend to support education reform and to "combat" educational decline, especially starting with teaching teachers in the classroom. With repairs and improvements, it is hoped that students can study well so that educational and teaching goals can be achieved optimally. especially in teaching performance based on observation and analysis of accurate and objective data as a guide for changing teaching behavior. This supervision puts emphasis on the process of "professional development and development" with the intention of responding to the main understanding and needs of teachers related to their duties.
